• Maintain the company policy and ensure that standard operating policies are followed.
• Instrumental in analytics & mitigation on risk profile of safety and security arrangement for the property and also analyses & evaluate security operations to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Preparing and maintaining monthly reports, checking attendance, undertaking surprise checks and security assessment & perform quarterly audits as per policy requirements and maintain security related documentation.
• Proactive in relation to identifying and solving problems so that consistent and appropriate services are available and delivered.
• Controlling and keeping record of all entry & exit point of man material.
• Maintain relationship with local, state and federal law enforcement authorities, government agencies and ensure compliance statutory requirements, wherever necessary.
• Respond to reports of incidents involving person and property investigate incidents, injuries and preparation of incident report.
• Conducting process audits, risk assessment and review of systems and procedures. And also reviewing and revising SOPs, emergency response plans and other plans of all locations.
• Capable for filling of FIR/Police complaints on theft and fraud cases and interact with other regulatory authorities as when required.
• Need to maintain liaison with local police and government authorities to ensure the company’s objectives are met in case of eventualities.
• Identify, investigate and resolve cases of theft, pilferage, loss to company with an aim to reduce and recover the loss and apprehend the culprit.
• Taking precaution to avoid all types of risk and timely response to emergency like safety hazards, fire, threat to life, property damage or any crisis situation occurred inside the premises etc.
• As a community coordinator have a responsibility to play a very important role in community to change & sustained behavior. Also trying to get rid of TB stigma, Lack of awareness, poverty, Lack of education etc. social awareness also Action plan, Existing support system, conclusion & way forward.
