• Conducted end to end flow to understand product and its features with utility for 8 products and written use cases and in turn written test cases for each use case.
• Evaluated application and extracted bugs (70+) based on positive and negative cases .
• Administered regression, smoke and sanity testing to ensure 0% bugs to make application production ready.
• Discovered and resolved errors, defects ,and ensured client expectations are met with high-quality software solutions and reduced bugs by 65%
• Amalgamated Maintenance feature in consultation with Product Owner and Business Analyst where onboarded company can add , modify and update earlier added details to ensure 100% company details in CRM

Mobile App Testing

• Performed all the 100% features of these mobile applications - Mynd Fintech((India-MSMEs)), M-ONE Bidding Portal (India-Non MSMEs)
• Assessed the end to end flow on more than 3 mobile versions of the Mynd Bidding Portal , Mynd Fintech apps on Android a.w.a. iOS systems.
• Scrutinized app for any bugs , reported and resolved in communication with developer within 24 hours which made apps fully-functional on app-stores
• Troubleshooted for regression, performed smoke and sanity testing during STLC to ensure 0% bugs to make application play store ready

Automation & API Testing

• Collaborated with the senior QA Engineer & senior SDEs to develop & test software quality through manual and automation processes for (Webapps & Mobileapps) .
• Undertaken end to end functional Testing of Customer Relationship Management products cum portals of Mynd Solutions (M1,M2, FIDUCIA, ITFS) through scripts using Selenium.
• Constructed Xpaths Locators of web elements of WebPage to add 100% web elements coverage necessary for automation tests
• Generated Selenium + TEST NG tests to conduct various automation tests on the application and reduced manual workload of fellow testers by 35%
• Assessed REST APIs using Postman tool for Integration Services project to ensure 100% data integrity on CRM and hence Bidding Portal.
