Currently handling the end-to-end commissioning and operation of a Superfine Precipitate Hydrate Plant, ensuring the plant achieves stable, efficient, and quality-driven production.

• Led commissioning trials, attended and resolved critical issues during startup, and contributed to smooth handover to operations.
• Monitored and controlled process parameters to maintain product quality as per set specifications.
• Performed preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of mechanical equipments.
• Worked closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, E&I, Quality) to ensure minimal downtime and safe operations.
• Took ownership of equipment health monitoring and helped develop maintenance schedules to reduce unplanned shutdowns.

Projects Execution Role | Past Role

Worked with Mechanical and Structural teams to execute large-scale erection and installation works in alignment with project timelines and safety protocols.

• Executing the erection of structures, tanks, and equipment in line with project timelines and safety standards.
• Actively contributing to meeting project milestones by ensuring proper planning, mobilization, and coordination of site activities.
• Managing erection resources such as inspection coordination, mobilization planning, and deployment of cranes (various capacities) and cherry pickers.
• Supervising fabrication work and ensuring safe work practices were implemented during all site operations.
• Liaising with stakeholders including project managers, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless progress and issue resolution.
• Contributing to the overall success of the project through meticulous planning, clear communication, and attention to safety and quality.
