Working in Supply Chain Management Department as Planner, where duties & responsibilities are:-

• Inventory Management
• Handling over than 2500 SKU's inventory at optimum levels without affecting on time delivery to customer
• Demand & sales analysis to serve the customer demands on time with optimum inventory
• Managing End to End Planning Process, Demand Forecasting, Setting stocking plan and Supply planning for 4 Manufacturing units and 20 different customer locations and markets
• Setting up stocking policies per the buying, manufacturing & supply constraints
• Managing seasonality in demands with just in time & Lean manufacturing
• Preparation of various dashboard, using advance excel to track the back order, Demand pattern, Aging which helps for improving overall inventory levels, OTD, Reducing obsolete inventory
• Analyze, evaluated and implement ordering Pattern, safety stocks levels, refilling of buckets
• To prepare various performance reports like On-Time performance report to customers, Order fulfillment report, Aging Inventory report, closed out SKU report and Open order report
• Consult with functional teams such as sales, Operations/production, Purchase, and product development to obtain relevant data and insights on demand and order fulfillment
• Reduced overall obsolete inventory from $650K to $200K by working out inventory disposition plans and setting up tighter review mechanism to eliminate generation of obsolete inventory
• Receive orders from the customers, co-ordinate with the customers, forwarders, internal logistics & plant to execute the orders in timely manner to hit the On time delivery
• Front-led major role in developing & executing demand plans that will enable the organization to meet its supply chain requirements; expertise in analyzing demand requirements to identify supply bottlenecks & recommending actions for resolution of bottlenecks
• Analysis of Ordering Patterns/demands trends
• Evaluating historical sales trends, conducting research on demand drivers, prepared forecast data and developing statistical forecast models
• Formulating demand, supply forecasts, production, network planning & optimization for DTM & B2B markets through rigorous S&OP forums, ensuring highest service levels
• Demand Seasonality
• Customer Fill-rates & On time Delivery (OTD)
• Analyze Customer Fill-rates & take necessary corrective actions on this
• Identify issues (mainly in order processing) leading to Customer dissatisfaction
• MRP (Material Requirement Planning)
• Give input to Materials / Purchase team for bought out material planning
• Ensure BOM availability for weekly & monthly demands along with the procurement team
• Setup & review auto systems like KANBAN along with the purchasing team
• Analyzed market trends to anticipate changes in demand and adjust planning strategies accordingly.

• Developed and implemented actionable improvements to increase inventory replenishment efficiency and reduce downtime.

• Working in PPC (Production Planning Control) Dept
• As Production Planner where duties & responsibilities are:-
• Working as a PPC Engineer
• Managing Raw Material and Consumable Material for Production Planning
• Prepare, suggest & review daily M/C loading plan and giving the priority loading plan to production
• Review Sales Plan v/s Actual gaps with dispatch, finishing, packing & quality department
• Working knowledge of SAP & ERP System
• Preparing day wise dispatch plan & plan Vs Actual with action plan
• Attending daily morning meeting and highlighting planning related issue and sales related issue
• Review daily dispatch plan and meeting with final inspection, packing, finishing and dispatch departments daily for achieve daily sales target
• Suggesting & reviewing daily compounding requirements to store
• Suggesting & review monthly sales plan and till date dispatch plan v/s actual with action plan
• Delivery adherence, meet with delivery scheduled with continual monitoring with finishing, final inspection & dispatch
• Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting stock verification and documentation
• Tracking critical parts to avoid customer urgency
• Planning and dispatching material & giving requirements to purchase and following for that
• Review capacity booking plan for production & maximum capacity utilization
• Implementing systems of inventory management avoiding over-stocking or wastage
