- Worked as a well site drilling engineer on new generation rigs NG-1500-3 (Drillmec, Italy).
- Expertise in conventional onshore well engineering, with onsite experience in all drilling operations.
- Provided operational supervision to activities such as casing lowering, cementation, fishing, logging, directional drilling, stimulation, well testing, well fluids, and completion.
- Handled complications such as stuck pipe, key seating, lost circulation, and well control situations successfully with no loss in the hole.
- Supervised the new rig commissioning in the Mehsana Asset, with liaison in Drillmec, Italy.
- Provided technical engineering support to field operations.
- Review the end of the well and well history reports.
- Carried out conceptual well design and screening. Draft a well-designed montage, engineer the detailed well design, prepare a detailed drilling program, and prepare detailed cost and time curves.
- Monitor and measure well performances, identify and implement performance improvement initiatives, and monitor effectiveness.
- Maintain appropriate safety standards as per OISD, DGMS guidelines, and OMR-2017.
- Successfully implemented the first onshore, remotely controlled directional well in the Mehsana asset.
- As part of the commissioning team, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project timelines.
- Carried out successful well-killing operations as per IWCF guidelines, with help from the crisis management team.
