  • Products Management App: Role:- Power Apps Developer Client location:- United States The Product Management App was built using PowerApps and Power Automate, and it was integrated with SharePoint for data management. This feature ensures that products are used or sold before they expire, which reduces the risk of waste and potential financial losses. Another important feature is the product approval workflow. The app allows users to initiate the product approval process and provides a platform for multiple levels of approval. The approval process includes the ability to add comments and make changes before approving or rejecting a product. The app also includes a dashboard that provides a real-time view of product status. This dashboard displays key metrics such as the number of products approved, the number of products pending approval, and the number of expired products. This feature helps users identify and address potential issues before they become bigger problems. Overall, the Product Management App provides an efficient and user-friendly platform for managing products. By integrating PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint, we have created an app that streamlines the product management process and provides real-time Visibility into Product Status. Project Management Portal: Role:- Power Apps Developer Client location:- United States I worked on this project for a client organization, USV Ltd, where I utilized SharePoint for effective data management. I added users from Azure Active Directory and gave them specific roles and licenses. To enhance collaboration and communication, I created team sites and communication sites, as well as site collections tailored to different departments such as manufacturing, import/export, quality check, sales, and finance. To ensure easy access to relevant documents, I maintained all documents in document libraries located in the relevant sites and site collections. To create relationships between multiple lists, I used lookups in lists. To manage permissions effectively, I gave different levels of permissions to users in SharePoint based on their roles. Additionally, I created custom Canvas Apps from scratch for the Quality Assurance team. These apps allowed the team to keep track of the quality of products, and with the help of automated cloud flows, managed the multi-level approvals of QC officers. To keep track of product management, I created product management apps that allowed the organization to monitor manufacturing and expiry dates of products. Using instant and scheduled cloud flows, I gave reminders to higher authorities on important dates. I also implemented scheduled flows that provided reminders to the heads of the Quality Assurance team, reminding them to initiate the packaging process of the products. Smart Desk Application Development: Role:- Power Apps and Power BI Developer Project Scope:- Worked on the Smart Desk application using Model-Driven Power Apps to centralize project management processes. Integrated Power BI dashboards for data visualization and utilized Power Automate flows to calculate productivity metrics across various roles on a yearly and monthly basis.
