• Modeling of precast structures, such as walls (sandwich and solid), sockels (sandwich and solid), beams, columns, and slabs (concrete, prestressed, hollow core), using Tekla Structures.
• Preparation of reinforcement detailed drawings.
• Conduct regular QA checks to ensure models meet industry standards and project specifications.
• Participate in design coordination meetings, addressing any concerns regarding structural models.
• Conceptual modeling of steel and concrete structures using Revit (RIBA Stage 2 to Stage 4).
• Modeling of steel structures, such as columns, beams, frames, stairs, ladders, and decks.
• Detailed drawings (Assembly drawings, part drawings, and GA drawings).
• Creating 3D models of existing buildings (As-Built Model).

• Modeling and detailing of precast structures, like walls, columns, beams, and bridge knuckles using Tekla Structures.
• Modeling of steel structures such as columns, beams, frames, stairs & ladders.
• Reviewing shop drawings in compliance with design specifications, including connections & logistics limits.
• Preparing fabrication drawings and erection drawings in compliance with industrial and company drafting standards.
• Sending RFIs and updating the model as per client requirements.
• Template editing for drawing layouts and custom component creation for modeling.
