  • Working as a Finance Analyst and PO processor for NCR ATLEOS for Hospitality.
  • Validating Expenses Invoices shared by vendor like (Tech Serve, Koglin Field Nation) and if any discrepancies ask vendor to check and share correct Invoices.
  • After validation, uploading all invoices in QB tool.
  • Coordinating with the project manager to get the invoices approved.
  • After approval, updating QB with correct details and receipting those invoices in ERP.
  • Every week, on Thursdays, the remittance file is shared with the respective vendor, requesting them to upload the approved and receipted invoices in I Supplier for payment.
  • If any supplier is facing issues while uploading invoices or after uploading them, we analyze those issues and coordinate with the respective team to get the issues resolved.
  • As a PO processor, creating and revising POs is an ERP tool.
  • Coordinating with the Project Manager to get the PO forecast for each project.
  • Pulling pending PO reports from QB tool on a daily basis, and after validating details, PO requests are processed in ERP.
  • After getting PO approved, upload details in QB tool.
  • Resolving query for PM and for Vendor with regards to PO by coordinating PO management team.
  • Assuring the POs, which are raised, are getting close on a timely basis.

After the completion, we share the time spent and job competition status with AT&T. At the same time, we share that request with our billing SPOC.
