I carry a vast experience of over 20 years across Bancassurance and Banking . Ability to work closely with Senior Management ,Stake Holder and UHNI client has been my forte. Having worked across the manufacturing and distributor side of Life & Health insurance gives me strength to understand both ends of the business and optimize wallet share. I have been instrumental in setting up many process flows and product focus strategy with changing times . I had joined as an Associate Director and Branch Head for one of the Flagship branches in Mumbai . Have ensured branch retains the momentum and the top position. With my forte on insurance I have been able reach Crorepati club consistently on Insurance and have ensured penetration across Life , Health & General insurance as a part of wealth allocation.
The branch has scaled in terms of Operations due to merger of erstwhile Linking road lockers and staff movement. Further the branch houses the NR RM and NR Acqn units also and the various segment work in tandem.
Keeping in mind my strength with managing senior profiles , I have been handed over the responsibility to manage the BKC branch which caters to top staff and corporates who are highly sensitive to responses and time lines .

Managing the wealth relationship team and Bancassurance for whole of Mumbai.
Initially joined as Banca Head at Fort and in Aug’2010 and keeping in mind the performance I was given the additional responsibility of managing the Advantage Wealth RM team at Fort .

I handled the Bancassurance tie up with ABN Amro Bank and managing the following channels : Private Banking , Branch Banking & NR – Mumbai.
Key responsibilities as Territory Manager – Mumbai :
Ø Strategically working towards attaining targets set on a monthly basis and the YTD numbers on a whole ;
Ø Managing a Team of 4 Sales Managers and 30 FPC located across the 3 branches of ABN Amro in Mumbai across the various channels ;
Ø Interacting and strategizing with the various cluster heads in all branches for business targets and means to achieve the same ;
Ø Organizing various trainings for the Bank Staff so that each one is self-sufficient to garner maximum business ;

Joined as Banca Support for Priority channel for SCB Mumbai. With growing business and volumes had a team under me for Priority , and subsequently was promoted as Sales Manager for Bajaj Allianz ( Mumbai) and stationed out of Standard Chartered Bank. Was in charge of the targets for all 16 branches in Mumbai for the Priority, Shared Distribution and NR Channel.
Key Responsibilities as Sales Manager Banca:
Ø To work closely with the Regional Head of Priority and Shared Distribution and interacting with the various branch managers in the bank, to work together so as to ensure that my team of FPC’s are committed on business achievement ;
Ø Managed a Team of 50 FSC & Snr FSC across 16 branches of SCB – Mumbai ;
Ø Ensured that they were continuously mentored and hand held ;
Ø Align my team with the expectations of the branch and the various RM ;
Ø I had the lowest attrition across Pan India and this was due to a definite career path shown to each team member and mentoring them towards the growth plan ;
