- Increased department productivity dramatically by using the "plan, do, check, act" cycle. Productivity trended towards target my entire tenure, from 0.48 to 0.43 on a measured scale.
- Created effective countermeasures for defects, brought average defects sent from my department interally/externally weekly from 80+ to 10
- Led the team through major part and floor layout changes brought by new Subaru Legacy/Forrester models.
