Six months Site comissioning Activity - As Comissioning Lead.

• Testing & Comissionig of AHUs at L3 & L4 Stages as per Microsoft Standards along with documentation submission and approvals
• Testing and Comissiong of Chiller system, at L3 Stage.
• Supervising the team for Hotloop testing
• Modbus Integration and BACnet Discovery for various Site Equipments
• Project Execution Planning along with PM
• Resource Planning
• Client, Subcon and Consultants Meetings

NTT Data Center - Indonesia ( International Site Commissioning)

Two months Indonesia visit for onsite comissioning of Movicon - Progea SCADA.

• Supporting site team for integration of various third party devices over different communication protocols like :-
• BACnet IP - for VRVs , FCUs , AHUs etc
• Modbus TCP/IP and RTU - Power Meters , Elec Panels , BMUs etc
• OPC UA - PLC integration for monitoring and control of chiller system

Johari Rotan Hotel - Dar es Salam , Tanzania ( International Site Commissioning)

• Comissioning of AHUs , HRUs and FCUs , VAVs @ Site
• Site deployment and Integration.

Job Responsibilities :-

• PLC programming and HMI development.
• Engineering of Automation System panels, Project Coordination.
• Development of SCADA system for various government projects based on water management.
• In-house testing of PLC and HMI with developed logic and screens before execution of project.
• Provide online support after commissioning of project to maintenance/Site Resident Engineer.
• Conducting joint inspection of PLC control and LT panels for government projects along with TPI.

Nagpur Metro Rail Project - BMS integration for Monitoring and control.

• Complete programming and commissioning support for PLC-based system for monitoring and control of various third-party equipment and systems like UPS, LIFT, ESCALATORS, etc., and integration of sensors like humidity, temperature, and wind.
• Development of auto sequence for various pumps as per duty requirement.
• Integration of Lighting Control system for controlling and monitoring.
• Development and commissioning support for Wonderware Archestra SCADA for the stations.

Malwa MEGA Lift Pumping Stations project:

• PLC & HMI Programming with commissioning support for M580 PLC system with redundant RIO PLCs for each 3.3MW pump's remote control operation from HMI and Web-Based SCADA, Integration with remote IO scanning of Unit PLCs over MODBUS TCP.

Lindi WTP Project (United Republic of Tanzania) -

International Site Commissioning.

• Programming and commissioning of WTP plant with 4 PLC panels and a remote control panel, filter control panel with master M340 PLC communicating with TM221 PLC over Modbus TCP in ring Network.
• Commissioning of 8 borewells controlled using VFDs through PLC.

Riyadh Government BMS Project, KSA

• SCADA screens development and Programming for Controlling and monitoring all the devices for HVAC, Electrical, Access Control using Schneider BMS Software – Stuxureware and Providing complete commissioning Ladder Logic development of Schneider TM251/241 PLC and HMIng support to engineer.

Taif WTP, Saudi Arabia

• SCADA screens development on Wonderware Intouch Platform and PLC Programming of Schneider M340, Remote commissioning and support.

Dr Suleiman Al Habib Hospital BMS System SCADA project - KSA

• Complete SCADA Screens development for the Hospital for controlling and monitoring all the devices for HVAC, Electrical, Access Control using Schneider BMS Software – Stuxureware.
• Tag Linking and Popups design for the project.

Riyadh Metro MV SCADA System - KSA

• PLC Manual and Auto logic development on Schneider M340 PLC and HMI developments for two Buildings of ATS Scheme for breaker control and monitoring system.
