Successfully delivered two landmark residential towers — Arav (72 floors, among the tallest in India) and Avyan (41 floors, luxury residences) — and currently involved in the post contract commercials of Ahan C1 and C2, the balance towers of the Piramal Aranya development.

• Reviewed tender documents including BOQ, drawings, technical specifications, equipment schedules, MEP Packages, and contract conditions (SCC, GCC).
