• Involved in identifying the recurring batch related issues and working on the permanent fixes for the same, also ensuring, a workaround solution for the issue is in place, so that the business is not impacted
• SME level ownership on multiple areas ensuring end to end batch monitoring, fixing recurring feed/batch related issues, and optimization
• Involved in Abort reduction and control to significantly improve the Abort ratio
• Mentor newer resources and assist them in both functional and technical issues
