Presently working in AkzoNobel India Limited, Hoskote, Bangalore (Rural), as Executive Admin (Admin and Facility - HR India and Sri Lanka) from 10-Apr-2019 till date. Admin and Facility - HR India and Sri Lanka: Facility Management: Overseeing the physical maintenance of the factory, ensuring that the building, equipment, and infrastructure are well-maintained and in good working order. With the help of the Engineering Team & CBRE Team. Production Management: Ensuring that the factory's production processes are efficient and effective, to get the output and quality, and making changes as necessary to improve performance. By providing Timely Transportation, Canteen (Food (Breakfast, Lunch, Tea/Coffee/Milk & Snacks), etc., Health and Safety: Ensuring that the factory is following all health and safety regulations, implementing safety protocols and procedures, and monitoring conditions in the factory to minimize risks to employees and visitors. Providing support to HSE by providing LSR Training to All New Joiners for Security Guards/Supervisors, Gardeners, Drivers, Housekeeping Staff, Raw Material Stores, Finished Goods Stores, Pest Control Staff, & STP Staff to follow the Safety procedures and Emergency Procedures at Site regularly for Business Continuity. Ensuring all the Fire Extinguishers are working and refilled and checking the expiry date. Arrangement for Fire MOC drill twice a year and first Aid training every year to train all the selected Fire Fighters and First Aid Volunteers at Site. Personnel Management (Transport/Temp Operators/House Keeping & Gardener): Managing the factory's personnel, including hiring, and training new employees, monitoring employee performance, and addressing performance and behavioural issues as needed. Transport Management: Providing Transport for all the employees in different shifts, First, General and Second Shifts, with help of Weekly work schedule, a vehicle is assigned to the Route & Shift to commute from their home to Factory daily. Travel: Coordinating and making domestic and international business travel arrangements, and monitoring ongoing logistics (various Visa processing, Hotel Accommodation, Transportation, and Airport Transfers) for all designated business travellers. Planning and arrangement for internal/external events and meetings such as employee meetings, Site Visits, Town halls, workshops, conferences, Teams Meeting, Board Members Meet, leadership events, Interviews, and customer meetings. Ensuring conference room resources are maintained and available. TV / Projector, Audio/Video, etc., Budget planning, Factory Accruals Reporting every month, and executing all the admin and facilities-related activities, at the Site. Also submitting the MIS Report & reclass statement for Taxi, Hotel & Courier services. Vendor Management: Identifying, Selecting, Negotiating, and creating Vendor codes, for all the Admin & Facility related vendors & Suppliers. Managing the vendor by Releasing Purchase Orders and getting timely services from them, and submission of Bills & Invoices, verification of bills), and payments, e.g., for office purchases, and expenses related to events. Third Party Contract: Contract Agreement Preparation, Renewal, Monitoring, and Analysing third-party contractors' performance to ensure expected service delivery (SLA). Liaison with Statutory Payments for Grama Panchayath Property Tax payments, KIADB, Hoskote Industrial Welfare Forum for Water Supply & Maintenance, KSPCB for Water Air Analysis Charges, etc., Supervision of CBRE Facility Management, (Garden & Landscaping, House Keeping, and Security Personnel). Courier & Logistics: Handling Three different Courier Vendors. (Create, Edit & Maintain Customs required documents and general SOPs for Export/Import of Raw materials, developed Samples, Materials for Test & Analysis, and Equipment operations. Handling of Ad-hoc activities, Events, ODC food, Packed lunch arrangements, Taxi, Gifts, Snacks, Accommodation, Site Visits etc., Arrangement of Posters, Banners, Digital printing works, Materials, and all requirements to celebrate Republic Day, Safety Day, International Environment Day, Women’s Day, Independence Day, Ayudha Pooja, etc, Also, for ISC Bangalore Team Development Events, Operators Family Day, ISC Staff & Executive Family Day, etc., Inventory Management (Admin & Facility): Overseeing the management of materials, and supplies, ensuring that adequate inventory levels are maintained, and making decisions about when to order more materials or products. Environmental Compliance: Ensuring that the factory is following all environmental regulations (KSPCB), monitoring the factory's impact on the local environment, and implementing procedures to minimize its impact. Objective/ Goal: Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the factory, also the safety, health, and well-being of employees & contractors and the local community, by maintaining high standards of quality and environmental responsibility. IT Assistance: Asset: Maintaining IT Items Records (register) and reporting to IT Head on regular basis. Liaison with ISP vendors, IT Heads, external partners, like Internet vendors, Audio / Video Conference / Printers. Troubleshooting Network issues, Laptop, Desktop connectivity to LAN & Internet issues, Printer issues, Outlook Archiving, Mail synchronizing, Domain trust issues, Microsoft Lync Calls/Video issues, Video Conference connectivity, and quality issues regularly. Monitor and Maintain Server Room, CCTV, and Access Control System (Card Issuance, blocking, and generating Reports). Installation & Configuration of Desktop & Laptops with Microsoft Windows 10 & 11, MS Office 365, etc., Knowledgeable Facilities Manager articulate in communication and decisive in leadership.
