I am serving as a Quality Assurance Associate in the RPA Testing department of the TELUS Digital. We have worked on different tools like Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism for testing bots in different projects such as CSE, TBS, TSBT, GoCo, Finance, and HR, and we followed the Agile method. I have extensive experience working with automation tools such as Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism to ensure the functionality and reliability of RPA bots.

My responsibilities include identifying test scenarios, estimating test effort, and creating comprehensive test plans. I also maintain the regression test suite and manage various other testing scenarios to ensure the robustness of the software. Additionally, I develop key metrics and audit processes to monitor progress and ensure that established goals and quality standards are consistently met.

• Developed and maintained Quality Assurance processes, procedures, and standards.
• Reviewed product specifications to ensure they meet the desired quality level.
• Created training materials for employees on Quality Assurance topics such as inspection techniques and process validation protocols.
• Prepared documentation related to test results, including failure rates, statistical summaries.
• Tracked performance metrics related to the effectiveness of Quality Assurance initiatives.

Working closely with developers, business stakeholders, and the broader software development team, I am an integral part of the iterative development process, particularly within the Agile methodology. I leverage my knowledge of database testing, UI testing, and API testing to conduct thorough assessments of the software, ensuring end-to-end quality. My experience also includes working with JIRA for tracking tasks and progress, writing detailed test scripts, and executing tests to validate functionality.

This multifaceted role requires a strong attention to detail, effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues before deployment.
