1. Managing end to end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening & interviewing. Partnering with various consultants, campus hiring to identify a suitable qualified candidate.
2. Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies. Keep track of amendments in labour laws and approach the Management for its implementation.
3. Preparing and issuing of various types of letters- Offer, appointment, confirmation, transfer and promotion.
4. Managing complete employee life cycle including smooth onboarding, induction & orientation process to support all the new employees during their early weeks in the Organization.
5. To provide the data of addition and deletion of employees, payment and claim settlements as per all applicable employees related insurance policies (GPA & GMC)
6. Providing all the necessary infrastructure support to the new joiners (coordinating with IT for laptops, creation of email id, sitting arrangements, visiting cards, I card etc.)

8. Responsible for payroll processing in coordination with Finance department on software like HRM and in-house ERP.
9. Attendance to be monitored based on biometric/manual as per the company policy for the staff appointed in Head Office.
10. Maintenance of leave register, muster roll, Gratuity records & Bonus Calculations.
11. Coordinate for Training programs. Organizing Training sessions (On the job & of the job) to enhance employee productivity. Key player in “Technical documentation and ISO audits-13485”.
12. To look after the queries related to PF & ESI and other statutory compliances.
13. Handling employee’s queries regarding terms of employment, entitlements, transfers, insurance & take disciplinary action if any.
14. Develop and implement performance management programs. Come up with innovative ways to reward and recognize high performing employees for moral boosting and to retain them.

15. Taking exit interviews & feedback.
16. To coordinate complete process of full and final settlement of exit employees.

17. Travel Management I.e. Hotel Booking for Employees and clients, travel coordination with agents to get the next possible rates. Cab Booking, issuing Visa letters to clients for travels.
18. Follow up with accounts team on billing/ payment issues of field staff, vendors, mobile bills payments.
