● I have been associated with AOG planning, Logistics, Inventory planning, Loan transactions, station set- up, warehousing.

● Supervised and provided logistical support for the grounded aircraft.

● Planned for optimum allocation of aircraft spares, consumables & tools to support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events at stations.

● Supervised the inventory set up of newly started stations as per the scope enhancement

of the stations.

● Ensure timely scrutiny of work package for material/spares/tools/testers/equipment

preloading as pre schedule /unscheduled tasks, confirming SB, AD status on daily basis.

● Coordination and Ensure availability of material/spares/tools/testers/equipment at

stations, required to perform schedule and unscheduled task on daily basis.

● Supervision of scrap process.

● Supervision & monitoring of quarantine items & dealing with external vendor & internal

stakeholder for quarantine clearance.

● Forecasting of shelf life expiry items & ensuring maximize utilization of near expiry materials & consumables.

● Supervised the Warehousing and distribution operations including receiving, binning and

maintaining serviceable and unserviceable parts.

● Supports 24/7 Logistical Operations to ensure timely processing of AOG material and

tooling requests.

● Coordinate with Maintenance Control Centre / Line maintenance department/Base

maintenance department to identify AOG requirements and determines the best

method of obtaining parts utilizing company inventories.

● Maintaining Customer Relations with other Airlines/MRO to support Material Loan

Transactions in case of AOG /urgent situations.

● Expertise in commercial terms, computer skills, negotiation, forecasting problem

resolution and working in multi-cultural teams.

● Working knowledge of most domains of supply chain which includes logistics,

warehousing, planning, etc.

● Preparation and realese of daily aircraft workpackage and raising of scheduled workorders in AMOS

●To plan all scheduled maintenance work order so that maximum commercial utilization is achieved within constraints on AMP

● Ensure indent of materials critical in stock to avoid NIL in stock situation

● Ensure preloading of all the materials as per workpackage to perform routine check and tasks

● Ensuring float level is maintained in all stations

● Raising of Electronic pickslip in AMOS and book out of items utilized from stock

● Closing of scheduled and unscheduled workorders on a daily basis

● Follow up with line maintenance for deferred tasks at night

● Scrutinize the completed work package and report discrepancies to AME's

● Label booking of parts after completion of maintenance of aircraft

● Assisting in rotable and consumable management

● Monitoring of shelf life expiry of items available in stock on a daily basis

● Maintaining stock with proper storage condition as per DGCA requirements

● Administering strenuous job responsibility as night shift in charge

● Higher check planning, material requisition and procurement initiating

● Updating aircraft technical log data in AMOS, GRN action and QC tasks

● Assisted in regulatory audits, QC audits, Scope enhancement audits and safety audits

● Coordinating with MCC & Flight Ops for routine of A/c to carryout deferred works, MEL work in Line Maintenance facilities
