A Collection Executive is responsible,

Recovering outstanding payments from clients or customers, managing overdue accounts, and negotiating payment plans while adhering to legal regulations and company policies,

• Customer Communication: Contacting customers via phone, email, or in-person visits to discuss overdue payments.
• Negotiation & Resolution: Negotiating payment plans, settlements, and repayment schedules with debtors.
• Account Management: Monitoring customer accounts for, identifying, and addressing delinquent payments.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
• Compliance: Ensuring all collection actions comply with legal regulations and internal company policies.
• Reporting & Strategy: Reporting daily on collection progress, flagging problematic accounts, and collaborating with the finance team to optimize recovery strategies.
• Dispute Resolution: Investigating and resolving any invoice discrepancies or billing issues.

• Sales & Promotion:Identify potential clients, introduce Paytm's services, and effectively communicate the benefits of Paytm's products.
