Challenges

I bag an experience of 22+ years and worked in various industries, when I joined this organization in July 2019, it was the first time I had my hands on in the education sector. I joined as a Client Support Officer and grabbed my first promotion in January 2020. While the initial challenge I had was to settle in the new industry,  the difficulty level progressed as I entered my new role. I take each obstacle that came my way as a milestone that has only helped me improve, excel and reach where I am today. 


To name a few hurdles on my way up are 


  • Surprise change to the important dates / deadlines
  • Last minute changes to the Entry requirements
  • Unreasonable delays from partner universities
  • Lack of support from universities
  • Poor agent / student quality
  • Lack of data management
  • High fee structure
  • Pathways - A non accepted product

Achievements

As I mentioned, every challenge had their own cons, however, they had lots for me to learn from. In the last few years, I have been engaged in unlocking a lot of small and big opportunities which have added positively to the growth of the organization.

  • In the academic year 20 - 21, we delivered approx. 200 NSE
  • In the academic year 22 - 23, we delivered approx. 600 NSE

  • I have won the best sales award twice in a row
  • Appreciation and recognition in the agent network for the support
