HR-Operations:
· Responsible for releasing of Offer’s, Appointment, Revision, and other employment Letters.
· Ensure smooth execution of Pre/Post joining of new entrants.
· Conducting Background Checks.
· Conduct Induction & Orientation program for new entrants to familiarize them with the organization profile and various processes.
· Overseeing the HRIS to ensure the accurate and up to date employee records.
· Generating reports and analytics to support decision making processes.
· Preparing Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Dashboards and sharing with stakeholders and with the leadership team.
· Supporting for Internal and External audits.
Maintaing Tracker like Onboarding tracker, offer summary, Joining bonus, ML, Payroll inputs, Shift Allowance, Leadership perk.
Payroll:
· Preparing salary structure and taking care of the entire salary process.
· Reviewing existing practices and identifying and implementing innovative and practical solutions of reward, compensation, and benefits.
· Payroll & Statutory Compliance - Accountable for payroll while maintaining the confidentiality of information at all times of employee records compensation and other related activities.
· Handling entire Statutory compliances, i.e., EPF/ ESI/ Gratuity/ Mediclaim process, Handling the queries of the Employee of EPF/ ESI/ Gratuity/ Mediclaim. PF/ ESI deduction.
· Co-partnering with the HR Ops Head for complete HR Operations execution.
· Managing Payroll administration for 1000+ employees at different level, bands based on the integrated biometric attendance system
· End to End Recruitment.
· Sourcing qualified candidate resumes from job sites
· Interviewing/ short listing candidates and scheduling them for further process.
· Handling employment background verification
· Coordinating Promotion interviews, background screening etc.
· Preparing Documents of Offer/Admission letter, Hike/Appraisal & Relieving letters.
· Coordinating for the Drives & Walk-ins & Other manpower vendors.
· Maintaining the attendance of the employees
· Daily field operations.
· Grievance handling.
· Coordinating with the compliance dept.
· Generating monthly MIS report.
· Exit Interviews.
· Handling F&F (Full & Final settlement).
HR-Operation:
Handling On boarding, Joining formalities like Documentation filling and day one orientation, Induction & Joining formalities.
· Conducting Induction Program to new entrants and briefing about HR policies, and culture.
· Coordination for Bank account opening for new staff.
· Maintenance of Personal files for the records of the employees.
MIS Management additions, attractions, and other trackers.
Payroll:
· Calculating the Payroll & compensatory inputs of the employees and sending to account for the salary processing.
· Preparing inputs like Attendance, LOP’s, Additions, Deletions, Increments, Transfers, PF,ESI,and reconciliation of Payout Vs Payment.
· Calculating the Temp Emp Payroll.
· Time Card Changes and Reporting Changes and Shift Changes
· Timesheet follow-ups & Payroll input and preparation of IOM's.
· Maintaining the Attendance record and regular check on leaves.
Preparation of IOM’s to the vendor Payments
Exit Formalities:
· Conducting exit interview for employees who have resigned and try to retain the employee depending on the reason for resignation
· Resignation acceptance ,providing the employee regarding last working day is take care of , post the discussion with their reporting manager.
· Send exit form, collect the filled form and also collect company belongings from the employee on the last working day
· Issue relieving and Services letters and update all the employee personal files
· Constructive feedback is documented and shared with the company management for betterments.
