• Engineered a geospatial market intelligence solution by converting dealer address datasets into precise latitude–longitude coordinates using Google Geocoding and Places APIs.
• Designed and developed an interactive pan-India dealer mapping system in Python, categorizing dealers by annual revenue, using color-coded segmentation for strategic visualization.
• Performed large-scale competitive data mining using the Google Customer Search API and Places API to identify and extract competitor dealer networks across all Indian states and union territories.
• Integrated internal and competitor dealer data into a unified geospatial dashboard, enabling clear identification of market whitespace opportunities.
• Conducted a nationwide spatial gap analysis to support the expansion strategy, helping leadership identify high-potential locations for new dealer onboarding.
• Independently executed end-to-end development (data extraction, cleaning, geocoding, analysis, visualization), significantly reducing manpower requirements, and turnaround time.

Project 2: Distribution Network Optimization.

• Led a strategic distribution unification initiative to streamline a multi-product network across India, eliminating structural inefficiencies.
• Analyzed distributor–product allocation and identified overlapping supply zones, causing redundancy and operational confusion.
• Redesigned territory and product responsibility frameworks to minimize overlap, and enable optimized multi-product distribution.
• Independently conceptualized and delivered the strategy, contributing to cost reduction, improved supply chain clarity, and increased revenue potential.

• Developed and maintained KPI dashboards using Salesforce Reports, Google Data Studio, and custom integrations to monitor system health, performance, and user activity in real time.
• Provided L1 support for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC), and MuleSoft, resolving order failures, API timeouts, data sync issues, and access problems while consistently meeting SLAs.
