Responsibility-

• Train clinicians and other personnel on the proper use of biomedical equipment
• Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints
• Monitor the dealer activity, reporting of their engineer, Dealer commissioning.
• Direct engineer and Dealer engineer team handling exposure like to monitor their day to day activity, weekly meetings, customer visit with them for feedback, quarterly data analyses of each engineer with face to face meeting to find out the gap for better operation
• Service operation management and inventory management, warehouse record, spare part movement and location to be verified
• Also started to have some exposure with United Imaging product like CT/MR
• Improved customer satisfaction by implementing streamlined service processes and staff training programs.

Roles-

• As Area Service Manager North having territory Punjab, Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana, J&K on product like Ventilator NICU product neonatal ventilator, Humidifier
• Also full responsibility to conduct application support and clinical activity on ventilator
• Revenue generation from service sales in term of accessories, consumables, spare, MKIT, and contract of devices for North India

Responsibility-

• Handled big institute like Dr. RML hospital Delhi, Safdergunj, AIIMS Delhi, AIIMS Rishikesh, Lady Harding, Railway hospital, PGIMS Rohtak, PGIMS Lucknow etc to give endless confidence to Doctors to use ventilators on patients
• Perform technical specification matching to technical team before installation of machine as per scope of supply with tender specs
• Coordination with HOD critical care department and key doctors to have workshop on ventilation for their clinical query resolution and hand on practice.
• Train clinicians and other personnel on the proper use of biomedical equipment
• Commissioning of dealer as per quarter and decide the target of service from their territory
• Direct engineer and Dealer engineer team handling exposure like to monitor their day to day activity, daily and weekly report, customer visit with them for feedback, quarterly data analyses of each engineer with face to face meeting to find out the gap for better operation

• Generate the service sales revenue with in the assigned territory.
• As Senior service engineer having territory Utter Pradesh, Punjab, Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana, J&K, Himachal Pradesh to manage the service delivery and technical support to get the customer satisfaction up the market standard.
• To manage the dealer and their service activity , also train their engineer to make them more competent on product.

Responsibility-

• Worked as application specialist to train the dealer engineer, Doctors, end user, technician for pre and post sales demonstration.
• Attended the conferences, workshop and seminar in medical college, institutes by showing ventilator and anesthesia machine hand on job to the clinicians
• Planning for dealer sales and application team training on product for clinical features enhancement update, coordinating with concerned biomedical, purchase and Doctors for conducting workshop, seminar on Ventilator and anesthesia machine etc
• Install, adjust, maintain, repair, or provide technical support for biomedical equipment
• Monitor the dealer activity, reporting of their engineer
• Commissioning of dealer as per quarter and decide the target of service from their territory
• Achieving service sales target by revenue generation form customer and dealer in assign territory
• Visited customer locations to assess equipment functioning and develop repair plans.
• Scheduled and implemented maintenance activities for equipment.
