Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Classroom Management
· Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons following the curriculum.
· Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
· Track and document each child’s developmental milestones and academic progress.
· Maintain attendance, assessments, learning materials, and classroom records.
· Conduct PTMs and maintain clear communication with parents regarding student progress.
2. Academic Coordination & Quality Assurance
· Supervise lesson planning and ensure curriculum is implemented effectively across classrooms.
· Conduct classroom observations and mentor teachers to improve teaching quality.
· Ensure timely completion of assessments, progress reports, and academic activities.
· Guide teachers with training, feedback, and support.
3. Centre Operations & Administration
· Oversee day-to-day centre functioning including class schedules, staff coordination, and routines.
· Monitor hygiene, safety, and discipline within the centre.
· Maintain reports, documentation, and regulatory compliance as per management guidelines.
· Ensure availability and upkeep of learning materials, resources, and centre assets.
4. Parent Relations & Communication
· Address escalated parent concerns with professionalism and solution-based communication.
· Conduct orientations, counselling sessions, and facilitate effective parent engagement.
· Build trust and long-term relationships with parents to enhance centre reputation.
5. Admissions, Marketing & Enrolment
· Handle enquiries, centre tours, counselling, and admissions conversions.
· Achieve enrolment targets through proactive follow-ups and centre-level marketing activities.
· Support and participate in events, open houses, community outreach, and promotional activities.
6. Staff Leadership & Team Management
· Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teaching and support staff.
· Conduct regular team meetings and ensure adherence to centre policies and SOPs.
· Foster a collaborative work culture and ensure smooth staff performance.
7. Event Planning & Execution
· Plan and conduct school events such as Annual Day, Sports Day, Festivals, PTMs, and celebrations.
· Coordinate with staff to ensure successful execution of academic and cultural events.
