  • Business Development:
  • Expanding the market for devices, implants, capital equipment and accessories. Identifying and nurturing new markets for the launch of products and increasing profitability. Managing Corporate & Individual Accounts, and Tender Business Sale in Government Accounts.
  • Building and strengthening relationships with key accounts, medical fraternity, opinion leaders and nutrition advisors to ensure high customer satisfaction by providing complete product support. Establishing contacts with prospective clients, generating business from existing accounts, achieving profitability and increasing sales growth.
  • Sales and Marketing:
  • Maintaining communication with customers in order to attain sales targets as well as constantly updating the marketing team in terms of market analysis. Planning activities and preparing strategies to meet sales targets through sales representatives.
  • Analyze and interpret competitor and market information to fine-tune marketing strategies in order to reach sales targets. Maintaining a complete record of all records and competitor activities; ensuring smooth flow of products in the market by creating demand at the consultant level of the product.
  • Operations Management:
  • Coordinating with the Sales Managers, Product Managers to ensure smooth and profitable operations within the zone, acting as the zone manager along with 6 reportees. Delegating authority down the line & monitoring proper use by using control measures.
