• Serve as the primary point of contact for premium clients, overseeing the end-to-end implementation, customization, and migration to enterprise platforms such as 2.0 and CSI.

• Drive and support integrations with industry-leading platforms including Avionté, Avionté Bold, Avionté Bold V2, Tenstreet, Bullhorn, Oracle, JobVita, and DriverReach.

• Utilize Jira to manage project workflows, track enhancement requests, and coordinate ongoing client-driven customizations.

• Work on the Contract Administration process to provide clients and vendors with finalized contracts required to commission servers and related services.
• Create product quotations, convert quotes to contracts (Q2C), and manage orders using tools like CPQ, SAP ERP, and Fiori.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure contracts are processed accurately and delivered on time.
• Handle contract documentation, raise support tickets for issues in Fiori and CPQ, and ensure all approvals are in place before client delivery.
• Collaborate with U.S. clients to address questions and support the completion of deals smoothly.
• Trained new joiners on the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process, ensuring quality and consistency in contract handling.
• Maintained regular reports and dashboards to track order status, compliance, and performance metrics.
