System Engineer (Feb 2017-Nov 2019)

• Post Go Live Support Of first Nordics DMLE Roll Outs
• This project was about giving post go live support of the implementation of first two Roll outs in Europe for one of the world's largest steel company Environment Quintiq Contribution Worked as a Quintiq Consultant and was responsible for resolving the tickets (defects) as well as CR. Went to onsite for project deployment as well.
• I was accountable as BAU Support Lead for the support project (quintiq).

Assistant system Engineer(Feb,2016- Feb,2017)

• The project was to switch all the service monitoring and ticketing tool to Service Now for a specific client account
• Environment ServiceNow Contribution Worked as a support executive working to support Customers on implementation of the new tool.

Assistant system Engineer Trainee(Nov,2015- Jan,2016)

• ILP Training : Worked as an associate in fresher training for particular domain (Dot Net) .
