Coherent Tenant – Tenant Migration,

The customer wants to move all content and workloads from the source environments (II–VI) to the target environments (Coherent), including Exchange, ODB, SPO, Teams, and Power Platform. They want to remove the licenses from the source environment after lifting and shifting the material. Consolidating and moving 600 GB of SharePoint material, 80+ Power Platform solutions, and more than 50 TB of ODB are required as part of this migration. There are two phases to the project. Move all content except for SharePoint and Power Platform during the first phase.,

Customer wants to combine data from different tenants into one. We were migrating all of the SharePoint sites, Nintex, InfoPath, PowerApps, and Power Automate solutions to a single shared tenant as part of this operation. To migrate all SharePoint sites, we are doing so using the ShareGate Migration Tool.,

• Interacting with business owners and gather information and move the content.,
• Aligning tasks to the team and monitor them., Helping team in fixing bugs and proposing solution, Migrating Data, Validating and guiding users with best practices.,

 Project Request Tool,

HCL expecting one stop shop under GSS Organization to manage all projects. This tool helps management team to find how many resources were occupied and assign right resource to the right application. This will also help management to understand how many requests are billable requests and how many of them are not.,

Customer want us to migrate complex sites to Sharepoint online want to automate InfoPath based forms to PowerApps and Power Automate. As part of this project, we have to remediate InfoPath forms, Migrate Sharepoint sites to SharePoint online using third party migration application. We also take care of content management, consulting services, also provide alternate in-house application as reference if SharePoint is not a suitable solution for the user., 

Responsibilities:

• Involved in contacting customers and understanding the requirements and scheduling the timelines.,
• Involved in converting those flows to InfoPath forms and automating the requests using Power Automate and PowerApps.,
• Involved in migrating SharePoint 2010 sites to SharePoint online using Sharegate application.,
• Post migration validation and if needed, performing incremental migration.

SharePoint 2010 workflow automation to Power Automate,

Recently Microsoft announced that SharePoint 2010 Workflow engine will be deprecated and workflows created under SharePoint 2010 workflow engine will stop working. To fix the problem, we have to convert all the existing SharePoint 2010 workflows to Power Automate or SharePoint 2013 workflow engine. For this, we have to first find out how many SP 2010 workflows were available in SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint Online. Then filter them based on recent usage and complexity and convert them to Power Automate.
