- A key player in the content creation for the Career page, job posts & hiring posters. Collaborated with HR head, UI UX Designers & skip-level managers for the creation of hiring posts.
- Acted as the SPOC with various stakeholders (internal and external) and demonstrated the ability to prioritize tasks and close positions within the agreed time.
- Successfully managed smooth coordination of interviews (physical & virtual).
- SPOC for collecting and reviewing documents from candidates.
- Supported the team for salary negotiation and fixing of CTC for candidates across levels.
- Highly efficient in generating Reports (including Quarterly Recruitment Reports, Recruitment Trackers, Monthly Referral Bonus Reports, Procurement Reports etc.)
- Collaborated with various Department Heads by presenting relevant data for smooth offer release.
- Acted as the SPOC for New Joiners and overlooking onboarding processes.
- A key team player in various initiatives & employee engagement activities by collaborating with the team and Department Heads to meet and exceed all initiatives (Eg. Fun Fridays, Beach Clean-up, Bring Your Own Cutlery Program etc.)
