1. Lead the District leadership group (TCs & GC members) and District Project team (comprising of Block Project Coordinators) for the achievement of project targets in the given district
2. Contribute to the preparation of Civic engagement strategies and a two-year action plan for CSO/local departments' partnership and district Annual project plan and share the assigned responsibilities for achieving the plan.
3. To enhance women's and marginalized households' participation in the GPDP process, localized assessments and capacity building for women's collectives, capacity building of frontline functionaries for effective community development, and establishing mechanisms for resource mobilization and inclusive feedback should be conducted.
4. To strengthen the CSO ecosystem, conduct needs assessment and, develop capacity-building plans for CSOs and develop collaborative platforms for information sharing and resource mobilisation.
5. Design targeted capacity-building programs for identified government functionaries
