• Support Corporate Head in planning and implementing procedures and policies
• Provide safety support to project teams
• Track and Record Pan India Sites MIS Data
• Ensure EHS Compliance at Pan India Sites
• Investigate accidents and report to management
• Track and report HSE performance
• Schedule and conduct EHS Internal Audits.
• Contribute in Digitalization of EHS System.

• Enforce safety policies and procedures addressing various aspects of workplace safety, hazard identification, risk assessment, emergency response and accident investigation.
• Provide training and education on proper safety protocols, equipment usage, emergency procedures and hazard recognition also organize mock drills, motivational programs to reinforce safety awareness and preparedness.
• Identifying potential hazard in workplace through risk assessments, inspection and observations and also controlling the hazards by suitable elimination, substitution, engineering and administrative controls or personal protective equipment.
• Staying abreast of the local safety regulations, codes and standards wherever applicable. Ensuring the organization remains compliant by conducting audits, inspections and review of safety practices and documentation. Develop and implement emergency response plans to address scenarios such as fires, natural disasters, chemical spills, structural collapse or medical emergencies. Train the employees to respond to emergencies effectively.
• Attend meetings for staff as well as workers.
• Foster the culture of safety within the organization. Promote safety awareness, participation and accountability among employees through communication, recognition programs and involvement in safety committee of team.
• Organize Safety Committee meeting and review site safety status.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives.
• Lead or assist the investigation process in the event of any accident, incident or near miss to determine the root cause and contributing factors.
• Regularly communicate with Client, employees, supervisors, management and vendors on safety related matters. Collaborate with various departments to integrate safety into organization.
• Monitoring the safety requirements at site. (PPE’s and other safety gadgets etc.)
