Hi, my name is Irfan Sheth from India. I am a printer technician. I started my journey 12 years ago when I moved from a small village to Surat city, located in the state of Gujarat, India. I have knowledge of computers and completed my Bachelor’s degree in Commerce in 2001. I began my career with Cartridge World, where I sold the products that the company introduced. I worked there for 2 years, then joined Ashmiti Enterprise as a marketing executive. My role involved approaching new customers, arranging technicians, and providing guidance on how to manage calls and ensure customer satisfaction after attending to their needs. I collected feedback from customers after service calls to improve our service. After 2 years, I left this job and decided to start my own firm. In 2011, I started my own business, "N M Enterprise," as a self-employed individual. For one year, I struggled with business development and marketing my products. However, after that year, I began to establish my business and hired employees. I am still running my business with a good reputation and high customer satisfaction.
