Worked as a member of Trade Processing team that includes Trade Capture, Matching & Settlement of Securities (EQU & FI)
Process Global Security transactions on the Global trade processing platforms within given deadlines.
Interact with both Internal and External Stakeholders to resolve trade Confirmation and Settlement Queries.
Monitoring of transactions to confirm instructions from the client are processed in a timely and accurate manner thus ensuring timely settlement and accounting.
Work with the Custodians and Brokers for timely Matching and Settlement.
Ensured/Contributed for smooth day today operations are managed with 100% accuracy (Acquire in-depth knowledge in Trade booking Matching, Settlement and reconciliation) manage priorities during workloads and to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner within agreed SLA'S.
Ensure all activities assigned are completed on or before deadlines. Ensure all agreed reports and sign off are delivered accurately and timely with adequate comments/notes.
Well Committed to the Team in achieving its goals as well as to create "We Factor" within the Team.
Settlement and Matching issues with SWIFT formatting errors are cross checked alongside with our STP Team and ensured there is a gradual spike in STP level in our day-to-day process.
Trained and mentored junior administrative team members in procedures as well ae in BAU Activities.
Facilitated audits and process reviews to spot performance bottlenecks and drive improvements.
Have an overall good exposure in relation to the Risk factors at the back of our BAU activities Risk factors such as Market Claims, CSDR Claims as well as Business related risks such as DLP too.
Have a fair bit of idea in relation to ER.S.BCP.
