• Providing Technical support to Sales & marketing team for domestic (India) & international biddings.
• Studying various IEC, UL, NEMA, IS standards in accordance with the customer technical specification.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures, professional documents, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
• Attending the kick off meetings with customer for project execution plan, identifying and analyzing their requirements, technical clarifications, and securing designs approval.
• Cost reduction through process improvement, and through development of reusable engineering or engineering standard.
• Engage in discussions with customers, vendors, end users, and consultants to secure necessary approvals and address project requirements.
• Participate in equipment/material inspections at vendor facilities to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Provide on-site support for the erection and commissioning of engineering systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Offer pre-bid engineering support, collaborating with the business development team to provide technical expertise during the bidding process. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Project execution, Installation, commissioning of electrical equipment. Calculation and design of electrical systems consists of load summary, sizing of power equipment, cables and their schedule, design of electrical SLD with protection schemes.
• Project co-ordination, time scheduling & team management. Work with internal teams to ensure timely material supply and production scheduling.
• Well versed with AutoCAD Electrical, E-plan (P8 2.7 Version) Software.
• Preparing the SLD, GA, SCH, BOM, MTO, Detailed Diagrams for PCC, PMCC, MCC, IMCC PDB, APFC, VFD, PLC, DB'S Auto-Changeover, AMF and Synchronizing Panels Also MCC Cum PLC Panels as per the customer requirements and as per IEC Standards.
• Cable sizes selections and calculations, Air insulated, and Sandwich Type Bus Duct Trunking / Bus riser / Tap off boxes system Design & Current Calculations, Bus bar selections and calculations of Aluminum / Copper conductors, Earthing System, Lightning Arrester, Cable Trays, and structural MS / Steel supports.
• Providing Technical Support to Production Team and Completed Projects within clients' given stipulated time period.
• Selection of materials/switchgears/cables / Cable Trays / Earthing material and Hookup hardware materials like JB, LCS, LBPS etc. (Bill of materials) for requirement/cost reduction/procuring.
• Project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders. visit to project sites for resolving / troubleshooting problems, understanding the site conditions and accordingly take actions.
• Planning and preparation of Project Management Sheet for the Project being handled and take care of all the activities such as, submissions, approvals, purchase requisitions, queries in accordance with the delivery schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring quality and compliance, interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

· Understanding the customer requirement and Techno-commercial offer preparation.

· Component selection as per the customer requirement, Filling up the technical data sheets.

· Technical offer preparation which includes, point by point compliance of technical specification and preparing the list of technical deviations if any.

· Preparing multi optional commercial offer to win the enquiry.

· Bus bar selection as per IEC & Air insulated / sandwich type bus trunking, bus riser system.

· Preparation of Tentative general arrangement drawings & Bill of material preparation / Consolidated Bill of materials.

· Attending the techno-commercial discussions & negotiation with vendors, suppliers.

· Designing the switchboards PCC, MCC, VFD, IMCC, PDB, APFC, AMF, DB Panels as well as Bus duct system.

· Designing the Intelligent PMCC panels / Smart panel / Draw out Type as per IEC, UL, NEMA and IS standard.

· General Arrangement drawings, Power and Controlled schematics for each power and motor Centre using Electrical AutoCAD, E-Plan Tool.

· Selection of materials/switchgears/cables / Cable Trays / Earthing material and Hookup hardware materials like JB, LCS, LBPS etc. (Bill of materials) for requirement/cost reduction/procuring.

· Creating layouts for each power and motor control center using AutoCAD & E-plan software.

· Prepare the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for respective job, Preparing the As Built drawings.

· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Interacting with the Customer/Consultant / End User to get the drawing approval.

· Preparing the bill of materials as per the approved drawings.

· Work on Altivar ATV 630 Series of Schneider, L&T Sx2000 Drives LTVF, e VLT ®Danfoss Drive FC360, FC-301,302, ABB ACS-380,560,580 Drives from 1.5 KW to 400 KW Programming and hardware logic Development as per customer philosophy in Auto/Manual mode.

· Components Procurement and regular follow up of all the components.

· Coordinating with the production team to make sure that the project is in line per Project schedule.

· HT & LT cables & cable trays laying, checking & reviewing drawings, communication/co-ordination with site contractors/consultants/customer, checking on site measurements, quality control, technical support, site supervision, site management, site handling, team leadership, handling Electrical Turnkey Projects on site.

· Supporting the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in front of Customer / TPI and getting the dispatch clearance after complying with all the comments of customer / TPI During FAT. tests like Functional Tests, Routine Tests, High Voltage Test (HV) Up to 5KV, Insulation Resistance Megger Tests (IR) & Also Testing the of earth pits on site.

· Customer follow-up During erection, testing & commissioning of switchboards & onsite support.
