IoT-Based Alcohol Detection System with GSM Module for Smart Monitoring [Mar ‘23 –Dec ‘23]
• Drunk driving is a major cause of road accidents worldwide.
• This project proposes an IoT-based alcohol detection system integrated with a GSM module for realtime monitoring and alerts.
• The system uses an MQ-3 alcohol sensor to detect alcohol levels in a driver’s breath. If the alcohol concentration exceeds a predefined threshold, the system sends an alert via SMS using a GSM module (SIM800L/SIM900) and can also take preventive actions such as disabling the vehicle ignition.
Smart DC Motor Control System Using IoT for Automation and Remote Monitoring [Jan ‘24 – Mar ‘24]
