In the Enterprise domain, Webex Connect offers a Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) designed for large enterprises. It automates customer interactions across various channels like SMS, Voice, Email, and more. Using micro-services with Spring framework, MySQL, Git, Jenkins, and Docker, it develops end-to-end functional test suites covering APIs and UIs. QA tasks involve developing and executing test cases and scripts. The automation framework includes Rest Assured, Maven, and TestNG, with Katalon Studio for UI. Docker images are deployed via CI on AWS using GIT Webhooks.

Key Achievements:

1. Spearheaded the implementation of an automated testing framework, resulting in a 30% reduction in testing time and a 20% increase in overall test coverage.

2. Successfully identified and resolved critical software defects early in the development cycle, resulting in a 25% reduction in post-production issues and enhancing customer satisfaction.

In the ECommerce domain (QVC), I was tasked with crafting test strategies and developing automated test scripts for the QVC shopping channel across various platforms, including web and mobile applications for Android and iOS.

For automation framework implementation, I utilized Maven, TestNG, Excel data-driven techniques, and adopted the Page Factory and Page Object Model (POM) design patterns written in Java. These scripts were crafted using either the Appium or Selenium library for mobile and web applications and executed seamlessly within Jenkins and AWS developer tools.
