• A. Project Title: Monitoring & Evaluation of CAMPA ACTIVITIES of 2017-18 & 2018-19 Under Assam Forest Department

• Prepared the training manuals, field visit manuals, hands-on training of GPS & liaised as a facilitator between head office, field teams & forest department.
• Developed key performance indicators (KPIs) & score-card matrix for each type of activity for 56 forest divisions in consultation with State CAMPA authority.
• Selected the sample sites (14 divisions), conducted field visits for assessment based on KPIs, and collated the data during field visits in Assam.
• Carried out secondary research & assessment of CAMPA activities done by Assam Forest Department & prepared the final report.

B Project Title: To prepare a participatory integrated landscape-based strategy & plan in Secure Himalaya Project of UNDP in selected districts of Sikkim

• Assessed the historic trends, strengths & weaknesses, and community perception through secondary research, expert consultations & primary data collection.
