Responsible for end-to-end delivery of IT services across the enterprise stack — including Service Desk, Hybrid Cloud Operations, and DevOps — under the Windows and VMware track for the HPE project.
Providing offshore Level 2 support for Windows Server 2008, 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments, maintaining over 7,000 physical and virtual servers across multiple global data centers.
Manage HPE server infrastructure (Synergy Gen10, ProLiant DL380, Superdome Flex) using iLO and OneView 5.5/6.0/6.5, coordinating with vendors for timely resolution of hardware and firmware issues.
Oversee ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management, using the ServiceNow portal.
Lead the quarterly patching of over 5,800 Windows servers using SCCM, ensuring security compliance and system performance.
Serve as SCCM lead administrator and architect, managing tool enhancements, troubleshooting, and break-fix support to maintain high availability.
Install, configure, and maintain VMware ESXi 6.x infrastructure; perform firmware/driver upgrades, snapshots, cloning, hot and cold migrations, and template-based builds/rebuilds.
Monitor ESXi and VM health through vROps, generating host-level reports, and identifying performance bottlenecks.
Manage Active Directory, user/group administration, and Group Policy management across multiple domains.
Troubleshoot and manage failover clusters, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
Administer TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, static routing, and related network configurations.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Task Scheduler, and Ansible to automate server health checks, C-drive cleanup tasks, and routine maintenance activities, significantly reducing manual effort.
Identify and resolve top talkers, and recurring infrastructure issues, to improve long-term stability.
Collaborate with Microsoft and VMware vendors for complex issue resolution and RCA participation.
Conduct documentation of SOPs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting procedures to standardize operations.
Perform hardware, software, network, and storage-level troubleshooting with fundamental Linux knowledge.
Manage and monitor servers from VMware vSphere and HPE Enclosures (24,000+ servers), ensuring proactive performance management.
Strong focus on documentation, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement.
