  • Recent work was on the pioneering format of 100 episodes digital first fiction shows (soon to be released) : did 3 shows Prem Avenue, Debi Niye Kando Hebbi and Bipottarini Trust designed in a new format with innovative storytelling spread across diverse genres.
  • Worked on 10 daily soaps that sought to break conventional norms like Indrani (a love story between a 40 plus careerist single mother with a very young doctor), Ram Krishnaa (a pious young man belonging to a family of priests changing the life of a spoilt rich girl), Pherari Mon (an action drama between the best student of the college and the college bully), Sohaag Chand (dealing with the social tabboo of body shaming of a plus size girl), and more.
  • Created a robust pipeline for the digital first 100 episodes finite shows based on unconventional themes.
  • Strategizing on air programming including OAP and FPC management.
  • Managing programming costs as per AOP and ensuring profitable EBITDA.

  • Created successful original and remake fiction shows which catapulted the channel to the no.3 position in the market.Trend setting shows were Kanyadaan (a multi track realistic drama series), Nyantar (intense father-daughter emotional drama), Agnishikha (women empowerment story) to name some.
  • Along with content also led OAP and actively designed launch and sustenance promos.
  • Developing the eco-system by introducing new talents in both cast and creative team and introducing new Producers. this strengthened the channel's base.
