HR Operations/Employee Lifecycle management

  • Manage employees lifecycle from joining till separation, HRIS management
  • Issuance of Misc HR letters (Appointment letter, confirmation, appraisal/promotion, transfer, separation etc)

  • Health Insurance activities (addition, deletion, renewal, health cards, claims, health check-up etc)
  • Regular Employee communication, employee relations, employee motivation & retention etc
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and conflicts.
  • Mediate and resolve employee disputes, ensuring a fair and respectful workplace.

HR policies/HR Manual

  • Periodic review of HR policies/Manual and ensure implementation and adherence with the employees
  • Updation/change in the HR policies when required as per the organization requirement
  • Formulation of new HR policies when needed
  • Assist employees in case of any query regarding HR policies

Sales HR, HRBP, Strategic HR, Employer Branding

  • Act as an HRBP, understand the business insights and give suggestions to the management in strategic decisions for the company growth
  • Help, counsel and motivate the sales force and other department employees time to time
  • Act as a Sales HR spokesperson for the sales force
  • Does the Employer branding when talk to the candidates and convince them to be a part of the organization

Annual Performance Management System and Employee Training Management

  • Based on an individual KRA system, record the self rating, appraiser rating, reviewer rating in the Performance evaluation form for annual appraisal process
  • Appraisal and promotion (if any) is given based on final rating & the budget finalized for Annual appraisal
  • Identify the training needs of the employees from the appraisal/evaluation forms
  • Discuss and take recommendations from the department heads for their employees’ training needs
  • On the basis of TNI, prepare quarterly/six monthly/annual training calendar (specify topic, trainer etc)
  • Schedule trainings as per the training calendar, take feedback forms from the attendees

R&R, Employee Involvement / Engagement

  • Celebrate employee birthdays, Team lunches in the office
  • Circulate Employee birthday / work anniversary mails, shopping/meal vouchers
  • Take recommendation/nomination from the department heads for monthly R&R program
  • Give certificate and reward to the selected employee in monthly R&R program for employee motivation
  • Plan the things for Annual meet, annual rewards & recognition program
  • Celebrate events/festivals like Diwali, Holi etc in the office

Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Separation

  • Manage monthly Attendance & Leave record in software (Intranet, Smart office, Visual pay software)
  • Monthly Payroll processing through software - deductions like ESI, PF, LWF, PT, Income tax, advance etc
  • Sales Incentive or performance incentive and variable pay if any
  • Ensure all monthly statutory compliance return submission on time through consultant
  • Resignation/Separation documents, exit interview, relieving letter, F&F settlement etc
