 The application onboarding project aimed to streamline and automate the process of integrating new applications into the organization's identity and access management (IAM) infrastructure, primarily using SailPoint and CyberArk platforms. The goal was to establish efficient and secure mechanisms for provisioning and managing access to applications while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and security policies.

Key Objectives:

1. Establish a standardized process for onboarding applications onto the SailPoint and CyberArk platforms.

2. Automate provisioning and deprovisioning workflows to reduce manual effort and minimize the risk of access discrepancies.
