• Coordinate departmental programs such as writing centers, literary journals, or student clubs, fostering a sense of community and providing opportunities for student engagement and professional development
• Develop and implemented fair and effective methods for evaluating student performance, including grading assignments, providing constructive feedback, and conducting assessments to measure learning outcomes
