Ø Ensure Order Tracker is followed. Engage with respective stakeholders for achieving desired service levels. Prepare daily failed indent report & RCA report on weekly basis & conduct concall with the vendor on the RCA report.
Ø Proper tracking of the POs received & ensure delivery as per schedule.
Ø Update changes in the vendor master format for the MRP or pack changes & freshness norms
Ø Coordinate with Depots, Finance, & Sales for delivery to happen as per the vendors requirement
Ø Coordinate with the zonal team to update the changes in the price master list which will help continuity in supplies.
Ø Sanitize the vendor master list Every 3 months.
Ø All the POs are to be serviced proactively, any finance block has to be cleared after coordinating with the zonal team & the vendor.
Ø To be instrumental in achieving the fill rates & ensures stock availability at the stores & the marts and identify opportunities to close potential gaps.
