POSH: Represented Sahitya Akademi in a Writ Petition involving the issue of validity of the constitution of the Internal Complaints Committee and the interpretation of the definition of ‘employer’ under the Act.

Matrimonial: Divorce, Guardianship, Habeas Corpus Petition, Anti Suit Injunction, Domestic Violence, Maintenance, Appeals/Petition in High Courts, Contempt, Application for conducting DNA test to determine Paternity.

- Represented the prosecutrix in Criminal Revision before the Delhi High Court challenging the Order on Charge passed by the Trial Court.

- Represented the Complainant in Criminal Revision challenging the Order of Discharge before the Additional Sessions Judge (South) Delhi.

- Represented the Accused for the offences under the POCSO Act.

Civil/Commercial: Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Act, Regular First Appeal, Contempt and Transfer.

- Successfully represented Eicher Motors Ltd opposing the Transfer Petition seeking transfer of the Presiding Officer.

- Represented Modi Rubber Pvt. Ltd before the Delhi High Court on the issue pertaining to the scope of impleadment of Party in a civil suit for specific performance.

Arbitration: Domestic Arbitration, Cross examination, Extension of mandate, Interim Relief, Procedural Orders.

- Represented DMI Finance Private Limited (NBFC) in various proceedings across courts and forums. This includes challenging the extension of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator before the Delhi High Court, arbitration proceedings and Commercial Suit.

- Successfully represented Society for Teachers’ Cause before the CAT challenging the validity of the Recruitment Rules that permanently blocked the prospects of promotion of the in-service teachers in NCT of Delhi.

- Represented the doctors serving on ad-hoc basis in Delhi Health Services on the issue ‘whether their service on ad-hoc basis shall be counted as qualifying service for the purpose of pension’, in Writ Petition before the Delhi High Court.

- Represented a Fisheries Officer in SLP before the Supreme Court challenging the judgment of the P&H High Court that rejected the Officer’s prayer to promotion and seniority.

Constitutional: Banke-Bihari Corridor

- Represented the ‘Goswamis’ of Vrindavan before the Supreme Court of India challenging the Order of the Allahabad High Court rejecting their impleadment in the Public Interest Litigation pending adjudication before AHC.
