  • Working As an Executive PMO in Project Governance an Revenue operations team.
  • Taking Care of the all the project listed under Banking and Insurance Vertical.
  • Working on Weekly management of Blockers, Issues, Escalations. Working on publishing the weekly progress report of the project with the help of MS Excel, Pivot, Powerpoint.
  • Working on milestone creation and end to end management of the revenue recognition on the basis of Delivery.
  • Raising Service orders (SO) monthly on the basis of Project delivery. Management & Allocation of Resource on the basis of Project requirement.
