• I am currently working on my Ph.D. titled 'The Price of Unfettered Centralised Power: Ramifications of the National Emergency in Tamil Nadu' which critically examines the socio-political consequences of the Emergency period (1975-77) in Tamil Nadu, contributing significantly to the discourse on Contemporary Indian History.
• Presentations in National Conferences:

1. Presented a paper titled 'Indira Gandhi: The Dialectics of Socialist Inclination' at the Indian History Congress held at Punjabi University, Patiala.

2. Presented a paper titled Nenchukku Neethi: How Ignorance of Autobiographies Warps History' at the Biography as History Conference held at Department of History, Visva-Bharati.

• Published a research article titled, 'The Dynamics of Governance: The JP Movement and its Failure in Tamil Nadu' in Vidyasagar University Journal of History UGC-CARE Enlisted Peer Reviewed Annual Journal Volume XII 2023-2024, Midnapore, March 2025, pp. 128-138.
• I took courses on Contemporary Indian History, Modern Indian History, Medieval Indian History and History of Modern Europe at Bachelors level in the Department of History, Visva-Bharati.

• Attached to various departments of the museum and closely got to learn the functions of each department and the role played by the curators in the museum.
