Generative AI for Risk Analysis & Recommendations

• Contributed to the development of a Generative AI solution for identifying risk factors and generating recommendations based on organizational data.
• Performed data cleaning and debugging using Python to improve model accuracy and performance.
• Refined outputs through prompting techniques and leveraged Vertex AI to enhance the solution's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements

Machine Learning & AI Development:

• Designed and deployed facial recognition ML models using TensorFlow for customer identification and personalized retail recommendations.
• Developed crowd and queue detection models with computer vision to enhance operational efficiency. Optimized ML models with the TVM framework for deployment on edge devices.

MLOps & Edge Deployment:

• Built end-to-end MLOps pipelines for Intel OpenVINO model deployment on edge nodes, leveraging Python, Ansible, AWS, GitLab, and Jenkins.
• Deployed Intel EIS brain tumor segmentation solutions and integrated IoT devices using AWS Greengrass and Lambda functions.

Data Engineering & Infrastructure:

• Architected scalable data pipelines to support ML performance and automated workflows.
• Implemented federated learning best practices to enhance machine learning infrastructure.
• Achieved Single Sign-On (SSO) across multiple applications using Keycloak server.

Software Development:

• Designed and developed an interactive user interface for OS patching, container deployment, and IoT device management.
• Delivered responsive web design projects and real-time data monitoring tools, such as the "Asset Tracker" UI for IoT firmware updates and metrics.

Training & Collaboration:

• Conducted hands-on training sessions on Edge ML, edge analytics, Unity 3D/AR/VR, and LwM2M protocols.
• Hosted LwM2M server-client systems on Raspberry Pi for IoT firmware updates and remote monitoring. Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement scalable technology solutions.
