- Working as a Casting yard in charge for 4.900Km Underground Tunnel Segments casting works.
- Construction of 5.800m Tunnel ring segment production work.
- Segment Mould FAT, SAT performed along with Client.
- Preparation and getting approval of Method statement of various activities related with casting yard and segment casting.
- Casting yard entire preparation and establishment for total factory setup includes all shed and stacking and gantry works and Batching plant
- Various Segment tests performed as per the COC, like SPT (Segment performance test), Trial Ring Assembly for every 1000 rings, Mould Calibration for every 200rings, Segment Grout socket pullout test for every 500rings, Segment Gasket and Glue pull out test performed
