Built an enterprise Agentic AI platform for a Fortune 500 organization (ISO/IEC 42001:2023) using cloud-native and AI technologies to enable scalable automation and intelligent decision-making. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients' needs. Designed serverless architectures with AWS Lambda, S3, and ECR, integrating multiple LLMs (OpenAI-compatible open-source models and in-house models) with RAG pipelines, vector databases, MCP servers, and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication. Implemented chat completion, AI function calling, sub-agents, and skills orchestration. Developed AI chat applications and MCP-based automation services for Jira and Azure DevOps workflows using Claude CLI and OpenAI/Claude Agent SDKs.

Delivered four specialized AI agents.

• SDS Matching Agent – validates and matches Safety Data Sheets against internal libraries.
• Customer Resolution Agent – understands user intent, and retrieves relevant documents.
• Web Intelligence Agent – performs controlled web discovery for external data.
• Chemical Survey & BOM Agent – answers regulatory questionnaires, and assists BOM analysis.

Agents produced confidence scores, reasoning traces, and citations, reinforced with rule-based evaluation, LLM-as-a-Judge guardrails, and validation against ground-truth datasets, communicating via MCP-based A2A protocols.

eModal is the world's largest port community system. We have developed a community portal that connects multi-modal stakeholders. eModal provides executional tools for cargo visibility, terminal appointment and pre-arrival solutions, terminal, carrier, and equipment provider fee collections, intermodal asset management, dispatch and depot management, environmental program management, and traffic mitigation.

Designed and developed a large enterprise HIPAA-compliant healthcare project, having a patient-provider relationship module with the goal of providing valid data entry in comparison to the supervisor’s entries for HEDIS measures. Also, maintaining the patients’ medical history records, managing them for our well-known client and the US’s third largest clinical information exchange solution, who can audit data and claim the insured amount with the government.
