Robotic Washing System: Adapting to quick changes in fashion and short development lead times through upgrading. Developing and submitting samples to clients more quickly to enable quicker decision-making. This sophisticated system cleans chemical pipelines and spray guns efficiently in under 10 minutes, saving time, energy, and labor. 

Pole Dryer: This indigenous drying machine ensures consistent temperature and moisture control for wet processed hides and skins, reducing fading variation, ensuring batch-wise quality and consistency, and facilitating fast drying. 

Air Compressor: This will speed up production, shorten processing times, and enable continuous leather processing. which We earlier conduct the procedure in two different shifts to keep it balanced. Furthermore created a new pipeline for the new air compressor so that it could meet demand and continue to run even in the event that one of the compressors broke down. 

Compressed Water Heater: The centralized water heating system generates heat from atmospheric air, heating water to 50-55 C, reducing electricity consumption and biofuel pollution. It offers environmental benefits, free energy conservation, and uninterrupted hot water supply. 

Infra red Heater: Infra-Red dryers offer controlled heat for skin drying, improving energy conservation, reducing fume emissions, being eco-friendly, reducing dusty surfaces, and saving time compared to conventional methods, which require 3 hours of biofuel Boiler for startup and manpower.

Implementing Clean booth: Implementation of pick and place can reduce nozzle related down by 50%, achieve a 3.5 month ROI, and reduce HC by 2x.

Constructing New Lines: Designed and implemented a new Line setup using In house assembly. This implementation eliminated dependency on outside vendors and cut costs by 30%.
