• Assisted customization of various other retail and corporate banking modules including Liquidity management, Virtual account management, Payments, Trade finance, corporate lending, party management, etc.

• Performed Andon analysis and root cause analysis to reduce cost of poor quality (SOPQ)
• Deployed multiple tools like Pareto principle, Ishikawa's fish bone, mind mapping and cost-benefit analysis to narrow down and prioritize the biggest vulnerabiilty.
